This dress is made from 100% cotton twill fabric. This fabric is high quality 5 oz cotton.

This dress has GLOW-IN-THE-DARK bat and heart vinyl patterns on front. You “charge” the material by exposing it to sunlight. The more light you give it, the more it glows in the dark! 

This style features thin elastics at bust, waist and shoulder straps for perfect fits. This dress will adjust to your body. There are also pockets on both side of the dress.
